Tarun Vihar Apartments: ROI expectations are unrealistic

Tarun Vihar Apartments — just moved in last month, and honestly, rental yields are not what I expected. Builder ne jo projections di thi, market mein utna mil nahi raha. Around ₹35k-40k for a 2BHK. Capital appreciation bhi slow lag rahi hai, pre-launch price se zyada jump nahi dikha. Anyone else facing this? Kya future mein ROI better hoga?
