Tarun Vihar Apartments: What's the actual vibe?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Delhi and Tarun Vihar Apartments keeps coming up. It's around ₹1.4 Cr for a 2BHK, which is pushing my budget, honestly. I'm worried about the amenities – are they actually maintained, or just for show? Swimming pool, gym... do people really use them daily, or is it just a cost add-on? My parents keep saying schools and markets nearby are super important. What's the neighbourhood like for daily life? And is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper with a lot of noise...?
