My Power of Attorney setup is almost done, but I'm having second thoughts about Tata Arabella. I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Agent bol raha hai capital appreciation achha hai, but I'm seeing almost zero movement on price since completion. Resale market kitna liquid hai? Koi buyer milta bhi hai kya? Worried about my exit strategy.
