2.5 years late for Eureka Park possession, and abhi tak OC ka pata nahi. My projected rental income for this period is gone. Capital appreciation bhi affect ho rahi hai because of this delay. Jab builder schedule follow nahi karte, investor ka pura calculation bigad jaata hai. Anyone else facing similar issues ya fir meri hi luck kharab hai?

U2, that's the trick! RERA date is often the 'revised' or 'official' date after multiple delays. The original commitment from the builder, usually mentioned in the Application Form or Agreement to Sell, is often much earlier. For Eureka Park, if the RERA date is 2025-06-01, then OP's claim of 2.5 years late means the original promise was likely around Dec 2022 or Jan 2023. I faced something similar with a project near Alpha I Greater Noida. My agreement said 2021, but now the RERA shows 2024. Pura budget hil gaya hai, and the appreciation also isn't as expected because of the uncertainty. It's frustrating to see such a big brand like Tata also facing these issues.
