Tata Gurgaon Gateway: Honest opinions needed, experience kaisa hai?
Mujhe Tata Gurgaon Gateway mein interest hai, abhi ek video dekha. The 3 BHK + SR (2560 sq ft) flat looks quite spacious. Aur Tata ka naam bhi hai. But 2.20 cr is a big amount for Gurugram. Has anyone here bought there or knows someone who did? Kya actual experience accha hai? Quality aur builder ka support kaisa hai, ya koi hidden issues hain? Please share.

I was also looking at Tata projects a while back, but ended up buying in a different development near Basai. The 2.2 Cr for a 2019 project feels a bit high given the current market. Builders are offering good deals on new launches right now. If you're budget-conscious, maybe explore those. But if ready-to-move is your priority and Tata ka trust factor chahiye, then Gateway is an option. Just negotiate hard!
I checked the RERA number, it's 186. Possession was given on 15 Feb 2019. So it's a completely delivered project. No risk of delays there. The question is about the quality after 4-5 years of use. Any hidden costs or structural issues that came up post-possession? I am really nervous about making such a big purchase and finding out about problems later.
Structural issues are rare with established builders like Tata. But yes, check for seepage, paint quality, and common area upkeep. Sometimes builders cut corners on finishes. Ask for a thorough inspection before finalising.
Hidden costs toh har project mein hote hain, especially maintenance deposit aur society transfer charges. Make sure to ask about all these upfront. Don't just focus on the flat price.
Tata ka naam sunke toh confidence aata hai. My uncle bought a Tata project in Mumbai years ago, no issues till date. Gurgaon Gateway ka location bhi achha hai, near Dwarka Expressway. But yeah, 2.2 Cr is a huge investment. Any current residents can confirm if the society is well-managed and if there are any water/electricity issues? That's my main concern with older projects.
I visited it last year for a friend. The common areas looked decent, but kuch areas mein thoda wear and tear dikha. Gym aur pool area was good. But water issues ka idea nahi, you'll have to talk to someone living there for sure.
Haan, water/electricity ka issue bahut common hai Gurugram mein, especially in some older societies. My friend lives in a society near Baharampur Naya, they face it regularly. Tata projects usually have good backup, but still, better to check with actual residents. Society management makes a big difference.
Bhai, 2.20 Cr for an apartment, woh bhi 2019 ka possession. Market mein abhi Naya projects bhi hain is price range mein, ya thode upar. Have you checked anything else near Airport Road or Badshahpur? Just seems a bit steep for a completed project, depreciation ka factor bhi toh hoga na.
Airport Road pe toh mil jayega but mostly under-construction. This is ready-to-move, that's a plus. But 2.2 Cr is definitely on the higher side. Quality toh Tata ka acha hota hai, but maintenance bhi toh dekhna hai.
Exactly my thought! 2019 ka project hai, toh amenities kitni well-maintained hongi, aur society charges bhi dekhne padenge. Plus, resale value ka kya scene hai? Budget mein toh bahut tight ho jayega.
