Tata La Vida 2BHK at 1276 sqft – Worth it?
Looking for opinions on the Tata La Vida 2BHKs. I just saw a video showing a 1276 sqft unit in Sector 113. That feels pretty big for a 2BHK, even for a project by Tata Housing near Dwarka Expressway. I'm curious if that extra space is really a plus, or if it just means higher overall cost without much functional benefit. Does this size make sense for Gurgaon today?

Bhai, 1276 sqft for a 2BHK is huge! But then price bhi dekho, 3.4 Cr. For that much money, people usually look for a 3BHK in Gurgaon. Is this actually a good deal or just a way to make 2BHK sound premium?
