Dekha hai kisi ne Tata La Vida, Dwarka Expy ka latest walkthrough? Video mein toh connectivity aur amenities kaafi impressive lag rahi hain, especially Dwarka Expy access aur nearby schools. But I'm curious, real mein wahan ka infrastructure kaisa hai? Metro connectivity aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Kya clubhouse aur other amenities ready hain ya abhi time lagega? Gurugram mein rehne wale log, aapka kya experience hai wahan ke area se?

U9, Aerocity side mein toh ₹3.4 Cr mein shayad 1BHK bhi mushkil se milega. Dwarka Expy is still developing, that's why prices are 'comparatively' lower than core Gurgaon or Delhi. But for first-time buyers, it's a huge commitment. Think about the resale value in 5-7 years too, once the expressway is fully done. It might appreciate well.
