Tata Primanti Gurgaon: Real Connectivity & Amenities?
Anyone know much about Tata Primanti's location in Gurgaon? Just saw a video of that 5 BHK triplex with the private pool, looks amazing. It's in DLF Phase 1, and the video makes it seem super central. But I'm honestly curious about the ground reality for connectivity. Is it actually easy to get to the metro or expressway from there? What about schools and hospitals nearby? Does the infrastructure really live up to the 'heart of Gurgaon' vibe, or does it feel pretty isolated?

Connectivity wise, from Primanti, you're pretty close to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) which connects to NH-48. So expressway access is decent. For metro, Sector 55-56 metro station is the nearest, probably a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic. Schools like DPS International and Pathways are relatively close. Hospitals like Medanta are also not too far. It's not isolated, but 'super central' is a bit of a stretch. It's well-connected, but still requires a car for daily commutes.
The price range for Primanti is definitely on the higher side for a first home, especially for someone budget-conscious. You can find good 3BHKs in other developing sectors closer to the expressway for much less. Like, near Baliawas or some parts of Sector 67, you get more space for your buck, even if the amenities are not as lavish.
Main toh Primanti mein booking karwane wala tha 2017 mein. Possession date 2018-06-01 thi, aur surprisingly Tata ne time pe de diya tha. Builders ke hisaab se yeh bahut achha hai. RERA number 98 hai, sab clear tha. Units 1105 hain, kaafi bada project hai. But haan, price point toh always high end hi raha hai.

For Primanti, you're looking at ₹4.4 Cr – ₹13.1 Cr range. Usmein toh bahut saare options mil jayenge, even in good areas. Is it really worth that premium for a first home?

Video mein sab smooth dikhta hai, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Meri ek friend Airport Road pe rehti hai, usko bhi traffic ka issue hota hai.
Sahi baat hai. 'Heart of Gurgaon' sun ke lagta hai sab kuch paas hai, but Gurgaon mein 'paas' can mean 20-30 minute drive. Primanti is nice, but for a first-time buyer on a budget, that price range toh seedha out of scope hai. Aur traffic ka toh poochho mat, especially on Golf Course Road.

I was looking at properties around Badshahpur a few months back, and even there, access to the expressways wasn't as straightforward as agents claimed. For Primanti, you need to check the actual distance to the nearest metro station, not just 'near metro'.
