Section 24 benefits kaise calculate hote hain for a first home in Noida? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 137 or 150, budget around ₹90L. My parents keep saying tax bachane ka bahut scope hai, but honestly, I'm just confused between 80C and Section 24 deductions. Is it only for interest part of EMI? Builder jaise Godrej ya ATS ke projects mein, kya tax implications different hote hain? Abhi Jewar Airport ki wajah se prices badh rahe hain, toh investment sahi hai kya? Should I wait ya abhi le lun? Koi real life experience share karo please.

Dekho, Section 24 primarily interest part ke liye hi hota hai, up to ₹2 lakh annually for self-occupied property. 80C principal amount ke liye hai, usmein bhi total ₹1.5 lakh ka limit hai including other investments. Builder ke hisaab se tax implications direct nahi badalte, but possession delay hone par benefits change ho sakte hain. Mera friend Godrej Nurture mein hai, usko bhi initial years mein kafi confusion hui thi.
Sahi sawaal hai. Agar possession delay hota hai, toh construction period interest ko 5 equal installments mein claim kar sakte ho, lekin sirf possession ke baad. Aur haan, ATS ka track record mixed hai, specially in Alpha II Greater Noida ke kuch projects. RERA pe check kar lo completion dates.
Toh agar builder ne delay kar diya possession toh tax benefit ka kya hoga? Ye toh bahut bada risk hai, especially for ATS projects jo kabhi kabhi late hote hain.
Exactly! Section 24 ka ₹2 lakh wala part interest par hi hai. Main bhi pehle confuse tha. But ek cheez dhyan rakhna, ye benefits tabhi milenge jab property ready ho aur aapne possession le liya ho. Construction period mein benefits limited hote hain, ya fir accumulate hote hain.
Jewar ka hype toh hai, no doubt. Lekin ₹90L for a 2BHK in 137/150 is a bit steep for a first-timer, isn't it? Prices already kafi upar chale gaye hain. Thoda research aur kar lo, rush mat karo.
Bhai, same confusion here! Parents ne itna hype bana diya hai tax saving ka, but jab papers dekhta hoon toh sab upar se nikal jaata hai. Sector 137 mein toh kaafi options hain.
