Tax benefits for second home loan interest deduction aren't what they seem. Agar already home loan hai, Section 24 ka pura interest benefit sirf ek property pe milta hai. Second property ke liye conditions alag hain. Kaafi log yeh miss karte hain jab 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade karte hain Kothrud mein. Hope this helps!

Yaar, yeh toh bahut badi confusion hai. Main bhi soch raha tha 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade karne ka Sinhagad Road pe, aur second home ke tax benefits dekh raha tha. Toh ab kya, sab bekar hai?
