Since January I'm shortlisting 2BHKs in Noida, in Sector 137. My CA just highlighted Section 24 and 80C home loan tax benefits. This changes EMI calculations a lot! I had no clue. Is this common knowledge? Any other tax hacks for first-timers in Noida?
