Tax hacks Ghaziabad buyers are ignoring

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Everyone talks about appreciation and rental yields, but honestly, nobody properly explains the tax benefits. It feels like such a missed opportunity for first-time buyers like me. Are Section 24, 80C, 54EC really worth digging into, or is it just marginal savings? Change my mind.
