Sector 150 mein property search kar raha hoon, Godrej aur ATS ke projects dekh raha. Mera budget around ₹1.2 Cr hai 3BHK ke liye. Jewar Airport aur FNG Expressway se growth toh dikh rahi hai, but financing part mein thoda confused hoon. Tax benefits ka kya scene hai yaar? Home loan interest pe kitni deduction milti hai Section 24 mein? Aur 80C mein kya cover hota hai? Pehli baar buy kar raha hoon, I don't want to miss out on any savings. Koi practical advice do please.

Yaar, tax benefits ka toh pura jhol hai, main bhi confused hoon. Lekin Sector 150 mein 1.2 Cr mein 3BHK, Godrej/ATS mein mil raha hai kya? Mujhe toh thoda tight lag raha hai budget. Aur Jewar airport ka growth toh theek hai, but connectivity abhi kaisi hai?
Connectivity ke liye abhi toh apni gaadi hi best hai. Metro extension ka pata nahi kab tak hoga Sector 150 tak, abhi toh plans hi hain.
Bhai, budget tight toh hai, especially for Godrej. ATS ke kuch projects mein maybe mil jaye, but check sizes carefully. Main Alistonia Estate ke paas dekh raha tha, wahan bhi 1.2 Cr mein 2.5 BHK mil raha tha mushkil se. Tax benefits ke liye, 80C mein principal amount pe ₹1.5 lakh tak milta hai. Stamp duty and registration charges bhi claim kar sakte ho isme. Connectivity FNG se toh improve hogi, but abhi toh thoda time lagega, you'll need your own vehicle for sure.
