Just filed my ITR for the Godrej project in Sector 150. I've used Section 24 and 80C, but for selling a 2BHK in Gaursons or ATS and reinvesting, kya Section 54EC worth it hai? Bhai, bilkul sahi time pe post kiya! Main bhi Godrej Sector 150 mein hi dekh raha tha aur Gaursons mein ek flat hai. Section 24 and 80C toh clear hai, but 54EC ka thoda confusion hai. Kya ye bonds mein investment karna worth it hai for the lock-in? Aur iska exact process kya hai, matlab kis bank se lena chahiye ya online ho jaata hai?
