Finally, some good news for us first-time buyers! RERA stepping in like this is a huge relief. Lagta hai ab builders ko thoda darr lagega. This gives me so much hope for my own booking.
Sahi baat hai, par kya sach mein implement hoga? Mere ek friend ka project Attapur mein bhi delay hua tha, RERA order aaya but builder ne kuch nahi kiya. What's the guarantee this time that Beccun will actually comply?
