Tellapur for family — making sense of prices now?
Tellapur — been looking at this area for our 3BHK upgrade. My wife's priority is definitely good schools and safety for the kids. I've noticed prices here have jumped, but some pockets still seem relatively undervalued, especially with future infra plans. Compared to other corridors, it feels like there's still room for growth before it peaks, especially for family-centric projects. What's the actual ground reality for long-term ROI? Should I be looking for projects with immediate OC or those still under construction for better value? Would love some specific project recommendations if anyone has them!

Bhai, totally agree with you on Tellapur. Hum bhi wahi dekh rahe hain 3BHK ke liye. Jo future infra projects hain na, like the ORR expansion and all, they make it look very promising. Families ke liye it's a good bet, especially with those green spaces. But haan, prices are definitely up.
