Tellapur: New resident ki ground reality kya hai?

Just moved into My Home Vihanga in Tellapur last month, possession was in March. Daily commute to Gachibowli is okay so far, but traffic badh raha hai, especially near the ORR exit. Water supply ka kya scene hai long term? Abhi borewell hai, but municipal connection kab tak aayega, not sure. Also, heard about some RRR extension plans near Tellapur. Will it make traffic worse or improve connectivity? Jo log yahan pehle se hain, what are your thoughts on daily life and future changes? Anything else I should be aware of?
