Ten years in real estate, but my own flat hunt is different. Looking at TG Heritage. My usual advice: physically check amenity usage. Is their gym really functional, ya bas showpiece? Pool maintenance kaisa hai? Society ka vibe bhi important hai. Carpet area efficiency par bhi doubt hai, feels tighter. Any insider thoughts?

Totally agree with you! Builder log toh sab show-off karte hain. TG Heritage ka price range ₹87 L – ₹1.1 Cr hai, toh itni high price mein at least amenities toh top-notch honi chahiye. Carpet area ka point bhi valid hai, bahut builders ka scam hota hai usme. Kya aapne site visit kiya hai?
