Ten years of renting, now making the jump to Rajkot ownership
₹2.5 lakh extra in rent over the last two years has me finally looking to buy in Rajkot. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone dekh raha hoon, but investor perspective se construction quality pe thoda doubt hai. Builder finish mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but after a year or two, kya cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues aate hain? Resale value aur tenant attraction pe bohot impact padta hai yeh sab. Plus, power backup ka kya scene hai wahan? Sirf common areas ya full flat backup milta hai? Yeh long-term maintenance costs aur tenant satisfaction ke liye kaafi important hai. Aur water supply, tank capacity kitni reliable hai? Kahin tanker pe depend toh nahi karna padega constantly? Koi Ansal Aastha mein rehta hai ya invest kiya hai, please share your real experiences. Is it worth it for long-term ROI?

Bhai, Ansal ka naam sunke hi thoda darr lagta hai. Unka track record Rajkot mein construction quality wise kuch khaas nahi raha hai. Builder finish toh sab sahi lagta hai, but after a year, problems start showing up. Thoda aur research kar lo, itna paisa daal rahe ho.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mere ek relative ne bhi Ansal ke ek project mein invest kiya tha Rajkot mein, aur seepage issues itne aaye ki unhone bech
