Terra Elegance independent floors are overrated

Terra Elegance Independent Floors — everyone's hyping these but I'm not convinced. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, eyeing a 3BHK upgrade, and these independent floors pop up. On paper, they look great, but is it genuinely good to live in daily? Or just fancy brochures? I mean, are the amenities actually usable, or just a few machines in a gym and a tiny park? My main concern is the neighborhood. Are there good schools and markets nearby, or will I be driving miles for everything? The price jump from my current place is substantial. I need to know if the daily convenience and community feel justify that premium, especially with another home loan. Seems like a lot of gloss, not much substance. Change my mind.
