Did anyone actually get a good deal buying pre-launch from Terra Infracon in Sector 85? I booked my 3BHK, hoping early-bird prices would be best. But now sunn raha hoon ki spot discounts are better. Matlab, kya pre-launch bas hype hota hai? Should I have waited? Negotiation ka kuch scope hota hai kya?

Totally agree, U1! Pre-launch is a trap sometimes. Especially in this market. Spot deals are real.
