TGB Meghdutam's 'luxury' amenities: just for show?
I'll be honest, even working in real estate, buying my own place feels totally different. I'm looking at TGB Meghdutam in Noida Extension now. The brochures always make amenities sound amazing, but are they actually useful daily there? I'm curious about the community vibe too – is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? What about actual livability, like noise levels or daily convenience? Any insights on which amenities are genuinely worth it, or if some are just for show? Your honest opinions would really help cut through the marketing.

Bhai, TGB Meghdutam? I checked that out too. The price range ₹4.5 Cr – ₹6.7 Cr for a project completed in 2013 seems really steep, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Are these 'luxury' amenities really worth it after so many years? My concern is more about maintenance costs now.
Totally agree with the maintenance cost point! That's my biggest fear with older projects. What if they look good on paper but are expensive to run?
