TGRERA Issues Show Cause Notice to Aparna Constructions for Non-Compliance
Hey Hyderabad real estate community, ever worried about project delays after booking your dream home? Well, here's a significant alert for you all. The Telangana RERA (TGRERA) has just issued a show cause notice to Aparna Constructions. This isn't a minor thing; it's specifically about alleged non-compliance with project timelines and RERA regulations for their 'Aparna Sarovar Zenith' project. Homebuyers have apparently lodged multiple complaints regarding delays, prompting TGRERA to demand a detailed explanation from the developer. This move by the authorities underscores the importance of RERA in protecting buyer interests. For those invested or considering projects by Aparna Constructions, especially in Hyderabad, this is definitely something to keep an eye on. In your opinion — is this positive or negative for buyers?

Aparna Sarovar Zenith ka original possession date kya tha? Aur kitne buyers affect ho rahe hain? I heard they have multiple projects, even in areas like Att
Finally! Someone's holding these builders accountable. Good move by TGRERA. Hope this sends a strong message.
Bhai, ye RERA notice-wotice theek hai, but kitna effective hota hai? Mere ek dost ne DSR ke project mein book kiya tha Begumpet mein, 2 saal late hai. RERA complaint bhi ki, kuch khaas hua nahi. Builders ko fine lagta hai, but buyer ko possession kab milega? Hyderabad mein toh prices already high hain, upar se delays.
Totally agree, mental peace is priceless. Delays are just not acceptable.
Compensation mil bhi gaya toh kya? Rent ka kharcha aur mental stress kaun compensate karega? Possession hi chahiye time pe, especially for first-time buyers like us, who plan everything around that date.
See, RERA has its issues, but it's better than nothing. Pehle toh koi accountability hi nahi thi. Ab at least builder ko explanation dena padta hai. Mere ek colleague ka project delay hua tha, RERA ne intervene kiya, builder ne compensation diya aur project bhi jaldi complete kiya. It depends on how actively buyers pursue it, and the specific case.
Oh god, this is exactly what I'm worried about. Aparna is such a big name, even they are facing this? Kya bharosa karein ab? What hope do new buyers have?
Haan yaar, reputation doesn't mean anything these days. I thought 'Established 1996' meant reliability. Guess not, especially with project timelines.
Exactly! My biggest fear as a first-time buyer. It's so unsettling.
