Yeh toh meri sabse badi darr thi! I'm a first-time buyer and the thought of putting my life savings into an unregistered project gives me nightmares. RERA ka naam sunke thoda peace of mind aata hai, but SVM Aditya Homes jaisi companies ka yeh haal dekh ke toh confidence hil jaata hai. Kaise pata chalega ki jo project hum dekh rahe hain, woh kal ko aise fraud na nikle? This ₹25L refund is good, but what about the mental stress?
