TGS Realtors 375 isn't really family-friendly, is it?
₹2.70 Cr for TGS Luxury Builder Floor TGS Realtors 375 is a huge decision for us. We need a bigger place for the kids, upgrading from our 2BHK. My main worry is if it's genuinely a good family home. What’s the neighbourhood quality like for schools and daily needs? Is the community vibe friendly or more isolated? Are the amenities actually useful day-to-day, or just on paper? We want a safe, livable place. Any resident insights on actual daily life quality would be super helpful, especially for families.

₹2.7 Cr for a builder floor without RERA? That's a huge red flag for me, especially for a first-time buyer. How can they ask such a premium without RERA protection? Bahut risky lag raha hai. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK too, and this price point makes me nervous about future appreciation without proper regulation.
