Thanisandra investment: What's the real ground reality?
I'm based in Dubai, planning to invest in Bengaluru property, but site visits are tough right now. I'm eyeing Thanisandra for a 2BHK or small 3BHK, budget around ₹1.2-1.5 Cr. What's the real investment potential there for the next 3-5 years? Rental demand kaisi hai? Mujhe ek reliable property manager bhi chahiye. Prices for projects like Prestige or Sobha seem high. Are they justified, ya negotiation scope hai? Any specific builders to avoid in Thanisandra, ya kiska track record accha hai? Also, remote buying mein legal clarity ka issue rehta hai. Power of Attorney (PoA) se sab smooth ho jayega? Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your ground reality. Your advice would really help.

Bhai, Thanisandra mein 1.2-1.5 Cr for 2BHK/small 3BHK sounds a bit steep for pure investment, especially if you're looking for quick appreciation in 3-5 years. Prestige and Sobha are premium, agreed, but at those prices, growth might be slow. Rental demand is decent due to Manyata, but competition is also high. PoA se legal clarity toh mil jaati hai, but trust is key.
