Sobha projects usually have great build quality, but sometimes the layouts feel a bit tight. I'm currently in a 2BHK and eyeing a 3BHK in Sobha Silicon Oasis. For ₹2 Cr+ price, is the carpet area efficient? Yaar, does it feel genuinely spacious for daily living ya bas premium on paper? Aur community vibe kaisi hai wahan?

I visited Sobha Silicon Oasis last year. The 3BHKs felt a bit compact for the price. Quality is there, but layouts are more functional than grand. For a family with kids
Yaar, exactly my thoughts! 2 Cr+ for a 3BHK, it better feel genuinely spacious. Sobha ki quality toh acchi hai, but carpet area efficiency ka doubt rehta hi hai. Is it worth the premium over, say, a larger 2BHK somewhere else?
