Does The 3C Sports Village truly deliver on livability for families? We're seriously considering a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹80-85L. My wife's big on safety and good schools for the kids, so neighborhood quality around there is key. The brochure makes the amenities sound great, but are they actually useful daily? Like, is the pool clean, are the sports facilities maintained, or just for show? Also, how's the actual carpet area for a 3BHK? Some layouts look good on paper but feel small. What's the community vibe? Is it friendly or isolated? Really need honest opinions from residents.

Yaar, original poster ki baat bilkul sahi hai. Hum bhi 3C Sports Village mein 3BHK dekh rahe the for around ₹82L, but amenities ka brochure kuch aur dikhata hai aur reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially woh pool aur sports facilities, are they actually usable ya sirf showpiece hain? Meri wife ko bhi safety aur school ki bahut tension hai. Noida mein to bahut options hain but this one looks good on paper. Koi batao actual experience kaisa hai?
Bhai, mera ek friend hai jo Ajayabpur mein rehta hai aur usne 3C Sports Village ke baare mein bataya tha. He said the RERA number UPRERAPRJ408 is legit, but the possession date was 2020-12-3
Totally agree with you. Humne bhi suna hai ki maintenance is a big issue in many projects after possession. ₹80-85L mein you expect top-notch facilities, not just for show.
