Honestly, fed up of renting in Delhi, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at 2BHKs in Noida Extension, maybe around Salarpur Khadar or nearby. Ashiana Builders has some interesting projects. My budget is around ₹70-80L for a 2BHK. But man, the quotes are confusing. They say base price is X, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance deposit, electricity meter charges... it just keeps adding up. How much should I actually factor in over the base price for the true 'all-in' cost? I'm worried about hidden charges popping up at possession. And what's the deal with super area vs carpet area? Is that still a big trap? Any insights from recent buyers in Noida Extension would be super helpful.
