Been looking for 6 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm checking out flats in Afzalpur, maybe a Trendsetters project, but the whole 'all-inclusive' price thing is driving me crazy. Builders quote one figure, then suddenly there's stamp duty, registration, IFMS, PLC, club membership, parking... honestly, the list keeps growing! I had no idea these add up so much. My budget was ₹70L, but now it feels like I need another ₹10-12L just for these 'extra' charges. It's so frustrating, like they hide it until you're too invested. Is this normal in Ghaziabad? What were your unexpected costs after the 'all-inclusive' price was quoted? How much should I actually budget beyond the base property price, realistically?
