Actual rental yield kya milta hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Is premium justified for long-term ROI, ya exit tough hoga 5 saal mein?
Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between The Antriksh IMA Golf Towers and JC Studio Apartments. Antriksh looks fancy, but what's the carpet area efficiency like, yaar? Has anyone actually measured it? JC Studio is ready to move, which is a huge plus, but is it worth the price considering the smaller size? I'm also thinking about resale value in 5 years. Which one do you think will appreciate more? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? Mujhe advice chahiye! Don't know which one to pick. What's your take?

I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK, and Noida seems like a good option. I've been checking out RG Mirage and The Antriksh IMA Golf Towers. Mirage is obviously more expensive. Is the carpet area really that much better to justify the jump in price? Plus, Mirage is under construction, which scares me a bit. Antriksh is ready to move, that's a big plus. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better resale value potential in 5 years? Also, anyone know about the actual maintenance charges for both? Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm so confused! Already have a home loan, don't want to make a mistake. What do you think?
