Okay I'll say what no one says – investing from Dubai in Noida is a minefield. Antriksh Overseas Apartments, ₹1.35-2 Cr, looks fine. But for a completed project, what's its real resale market? Is it liquid ya ghost society? Actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai? Builder ka track record bhi dekhte hain. Change my mind.
₹1.6 Cr budget hai for a new flat in Greater Noida. The Antriksh Overseas Apartments dekh raha hoon, kids ab settle ho gaye. Don't need such a big place anymore, current house ka resale ho gaya hai. Wahan as-paas hospitals, markets kaise hain? Daily needs ke liye convenient hai kya? Pool, gym toh dikhte hain, but actual mein kitne useful hain? Senior citizens ke liye koi dedicated area ya activity hai? Society ka environment kaisa hai, log friendly hain ya isolated rehte hain?
Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm genuinely confused about Antriksh Overseas Apartments. Residents, kya yahan daily life mein sab sahi hai ya bas brochure pe achha lagta hai? Nearby schools and markets ka scene kaisa hai? Daily convenience ke liye sahi hai kya? Aur society ka vibe friendly hai ya isolated? Amenities ki actual quality kaisi hai, useable hain ya showpiece?
The resale market for completed projects in Greater Noida feels tricky right now. I'm based in Dubai and looking at The Antriksh Overseas Apartments for investment, priced 1.35-2 Cr. What's the actual rental yield people are getting there? Has its capital appreciation been good since launch? I can't do a site inspection myself, so worried about liquidity and the investor-to-end-user ratio. Don't want a ghost society. Is it easy to find a property manager and handle things via PoA for this project? Any long-term wealth creation thoughts?
