My lease ends in 4 months; done with renting. Considering The Center Court. Is it genuinely good for daily life? Are the amenities truly useful, and what's the community vibe like?

The Center Court? Yaar, price range to kaafi high hai for a first-time buyer like me, ₹2.2 Cr shuru hi ho raha hai. Amenities ki baat kar rahe ho, but are they *actually* maintained? Aksar builders brochure mein toh sab dikha dete hain, but reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially with it being completed in 2019, maintenance ka kya scene hai ab?
