The current stable market in Delhi feels like a good time to upgrade.

I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj. Is that price jump really worth it right now? Already have a home loan. With Delhi Metro Phase IV and UER-II, kya lagta hai, will these infrastructure projects push values enough to justify the higher EMI? Confused if abhi sahi time hai for long-term value.
