The Greens possession in March — here's my real truth
Okay, I'll be honest — I thought I did enough due diligence on The Greens. Possession was in March, and already seeing minor seepage near the balcony and some cheap fittings coming loose. This makes me worry about long-term maintenance and resale value. Also, the promised 'state-of-the-art' gym is barely half-equipped. Are amenities just bait? Does good construction always outweigh minor amenity issues for tenants/resale?

Wait, The Greens ka possession March mein kaise ho gaya? Maine toh check kiya tha, RERA website pe iska possession date 2026-12-01 dikha raha hai, bhai. UPRERAPRJ121123 is the RERA number. Are you sure you're talking about the same project, ya koi early possession phase hai jiske baare mein humein nahi pata?
U2, you're right to be skeptical. Builders often play these games. My cousin booked a flat near Alpha II Greater Noida, and they were promised possession by 2023 end, but it's still stuck. RERA date was also much later. They do this to entice buyers with early dates, showing some 'sample' units. Maybe the original poster got some unofficial 'early possession' offer jo legal nahi hai, ya fir koi different phase hai. Be very careful with such claims, especially for first-time buyers like us, it's a huge
Exactly! Maine bhi RERA pe dekha tha, 2026 end ka date hai. Bahut confusing hai, bro. Koi scam toh nahi?
Yaar, this is exactly what I'm scared of! Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. I've been looking at properties in Noida and the quality difference even in the same budget range is shocking. The Greens was on my list, but your experience makes me rethink everything. It's so hard to trust anyone these days, especially with such a big investment.
