The Greens possession in March — here's my real truth
Okay, I'll be honest — I thought I did enough due diligence on The Greens. Possession was in March, and already seeing minor seepage near the balcony and some cheap fittings coming loose. This makes me worry about long-term maintenance and resale value. Also, the promised 'state-of-the-art' gym is barely half-equipped. Are amenities just bait? Does good construction always outweigh minor amenity issues for tenants/resale?

Wait, The Greens ka possession March mein kaise ho gaya? Maine toh check kiya tha, RERA website pe iska possession date 2026-12-01 dikha raha hai, bhai. UPRERAPRJ121123 is the RERA number. U2, you're right to be skeptical. Builders often play these games. My cousin booked a flat near Alpha II Greater Noida, and they were promised possession by 2023 end, but it's still stuck. RERA date was also much later. They do this to entice buyers with early dates, showing some 'sample' units. Maybe the original poster got some unofficial 'early possession' offer jo legal nahi hai, ya fir koi different phase hai.
