The Hermitage Gurgaon — I'm really fed up with what builders promise versus what they actually deliver. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. The Hermitage brochure showed one thing, but possession ke time, so many hidden charges popped up. PLC for a 'premium view' that's barely there? Amenities ka bhi same scene hai, clubhouse toh bas naam ka hai. Is it just me, ya sabke saath aisa hua hai Hermitage mein? How did you guys handle these extra costs and the amenity quality issues?

U1, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. My friend also bought in Hermitage, possession 2017 mein mili thi usko. He mentioned the same PLC issue for a 'garden view' which was basically a parking lot view! Amenities were a total joke, clubhouse toh bas naam
Yaar, totally agree! Builders ka toh yahi game hai. Brochure mein Taj Mahal, reality mein jhopdi. Hermitage ke hidden charges sunkar toh mera BP high ho gaya tha. Kaise handle kiya bhaiyya?
