Investor ROI gets hammered by shoddy construction, honestly. Many Pune flats, even Veena Apartments, show cracks after a year. Do amenities really justify premium pricing if core quality sucks for resale value?

Veena Apartments ka RERA number kya hai? Aur yeh ₹1.8 Cr ka price range for an upcoming project, is that even reasonable? Lagta hai bahut zyada hai for something that might have quality issues later.
U12, unfortunately, market conditions in Pune are still pushing prices up, especially in prime areas
₹1.8 Cr for an upcoming project? That's insane! Is this price justified for an upcoming project given current Pune market conditions? I thought prices were stabilizing a bit.
U5, Veena Apartments ka RERA number hai PR1260002500445. Aur haan, price range ₹1.8 Cr – ₹1.8 Cr hi hai, matlab ek hi price point hai for all 15 units. It's shockingly high for an upcoming project, especially if the quality is questionable. Builders are just cashing in on the Pune boom, I guess, but for first-time buyers, it's a huge risk.
Haan bilkul! I saw a project near Akurdi where the finishing was so bad, it looked like they rushed everything. The paint was peeling, tiles uneven. Builders just want to sell, quality takes a backseat. It's frustrating for budget-conscious buyers.
Toh upcoming projects mein due diligence kaise karein? Sirf RERA dekh ke bharosa kar sakte hain kya? Ya fir kya cheezein check karni chahiye?
Akurdi mein toh bahut projects aa rahe hain. Even around Sinhagad Road, same story. Looks good from outside, but andar se sab khokla.
Totally agree with the post! It's not just Veena Apartments, bhai. Many projects in Pune, even from so-called 'reputed' builders, start showing issues within a year or two. My friend bought a flat near Balewadi and the waterproofing gave up in the first monsoon itself. What's the point of paying premium for amenities like a swimming pool if the core structure is compromised? Resale value toh seedha zero ho jaata hai.
U4, unfortunately, it's becoming a general trend for some builders to cut corners. Veena Apartments is an upcoming project, possession date 2027-03-01 hai. But the builder ka track record kuch mixed reviews wala hai for their older projects. They push for quick sales with fancy renders but quality control suffers. My cousin had a bad experience with one of their earlier developments where they kept delaying possession and then delivered a sub-par product. So, yes, it's not just Veena, it's a bigger issue.
Ye 'cracks after a year' wali baat sunke darr lag raha hai. Is this specific to Veena Apartments or a general problem with builders in Pune these days? Bahut confusion ho raha hai.
Sahi baat hai yaar! Veena Apartments ka toh naam suna tha, but if even they are having issues, then it's a big red flag for first-time buyers like us.
