Rent for my 2BHK in Sector 137 just jumped 25% for the second time in 1.5 years. Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent itna badha diya hai ki it's almost ₹28k now for a semi-furnished place. Pehle lagta tha EMI se kam hai, but ab toh lag raha hai buying makes more sense. I'm looking at options in Noida Extension, maybe around Sector 150 ya phir Greater Noida West side. My budget is around ₹80 lakh for a 2BHK. Is it really the time to finally take the plunge? What's the scene with EMI vs rent now? For those who bought recently, are you regretting not waiting? Aur jo rent pe hain, are you also feeling the pinch? Especially with Jewar Airport coming up, will rents go even higher? Kya yeh justified hai, ya phir stabilize honge?
