The hidden costs of pre-launch bookings

Pre-launch pricing in Ghaziabad is just a marketing gimmick, not a real saving. Vaishali mein ek project book kiya. Builder ne itne hidden costs daal diye, OC bhi nahi mil rahi. Should I just dump this flat now?

Absolutely! Pre-launch is a trap, especially in Ghaziabad. I almost fell for it in Ahinsa Khand 1 for a project there. Builders promise the moon, then hit you with extra charges for everything from electricity meters to club membership, which were never disclosed. It's so frustrating and disheartening for first-timers like us who are already stretching our budgets.
