The perceived premium for 'quality builders' in Bengaluru doesn't always hold up long term. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Bellandur, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or a villa around Sarjapur Road or Devanahalli. I'm weighing options from Prestige, Sobha, and Brigade. Prestige usually delivers on time, but I've heard about finishing issues after a couple of years. Sobha's construction quality is often excellent, but their prices are high. Is that premium truly justified for long-term resale? Brigade seems like a decent middle ground, but I'm worried about project delays. I need to understand the real construction quality differences and actual delivery timelines. Any recent experiences with hidden charges at possession, like unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits? Exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing a 3BHK in Sarjapur and Prestige seems to be everywhere. But this 'premium for quality' feels like a trap.
