Since January I've been shortlisting flats in New Delhi for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Comparing DDA Tara (completed) and Swaraj Homes Vande Matram (upcoming). Swaraj Homes ka possession risk kitna hai? Rental potential kis mein better hai? Also, DDA ka builder trust factor kaisa hai versus Swaraj Homes? Need genuine advice.
