With kids' school admissions coming up, should we even look at under-construction for a 3BHK in Noida Extension? My wife's worried about project delays from builders like Gaursons, even in places like Sector 1. Are the RERA promises actually helping? Is paying extra for a ready unit the only safe bet for a family?

Yaar, this is exactly my concern! We're looking at a 3BHK near Sector 1 Noida Extension too, and Gaursons ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. School admissions ke chakkar mein toh aur stress hai. Ready-to-move ka budget nahi bann raha toh under-construction hi option hai, but what if possession gets delayed by years? RERA ne kitna help kiya hai, sach mein?
Sahi baat hai, RERA sirf paper pe strong lagta hai. Mera ek friend hai, usne Gaursons ke hi ek project mein book kiya tha Alpha I Greater Noida mein. 2020 ki possession date thi, ab tak nahi mila. RERA complaint file ki, dates pe dates milti hain, compensation ka toh naam hi nahi. Builder ko penalty lagti hai but woh bhi itni kam hoti hai ki unko farak nahi padta. Ready-to-move is definitely
