Jewar airport ka hype seems too much sometimes, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 78. Builders like ATS and Godrej are quoting ₹1.5Cr+ there. Is this price jump justified by the airport and FNG Expressway? Yaar, infra projects ki timeline kitni realistic hai? Already have a home loan, so ROI matters.

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying. Jewar airport ka hype toh hai, no doubt, but 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 78? That feels steep, especially when the airport is still years away from full operational glory.
