The Kings Homes — I'm eyeing this one for investment from Dubai. Site visits mushkil hain, so relying on you guys. Construction quality kaisi hai after a year? Cracks ya seepage issues common hain kya? Aur promised amenities, like the clubhouse, are they actually functional ya sirf showpiece? Does good quality justify a premium price for resale? Bhai, Kings Homes? I checked their details on a few portals. It says 'COMPLETED' but possession date shows 2026-03-01. Yeh kya chakkar hai? A project can't be completed and have a possession date 2 years later, right? Sounds fishy. Construction quality ki toh baat hi tab aayegi jab pata chale project ka actual status kya hai. Dubai se investment ke liye bahut risk hai agar transparent na ho.
