The 'brand value' premium on under-construction projects is a total scam if you ask me. I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord raised rent again, and I just wanna buy something now. Looking at Gurgaon, everyone talks about Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Gurugram Phase IV. It's ₹2 Cr+ and still ongoing. Matlab, kitna aur paisa lagega for PLC, OC, and interiors? On the other hand, The Kuldeep Enclave Sohna Road is completed and way cheaper, like ₹36L - ₹1.35 Cr. My question is, isn't a ready flat like Kuldeep Enclave a better investment for a 5-year appreciation? You know the total cost upfront. What's the real ROI difference? Change my mind.
