We're downsizing from our 4BHK near Kalawad Road after the kids moved out. Want a compact 2BHK, maybe a Madhav Group project around Nana Mava, something manageable with good society and elevator. But selling our current place is proving harder than expected. Thought a big house would fetch a premium, but demand seems to be all for smaller, low-maintenance units. My discovery: don't overprice just because it's big. Had to adjust expectations significantly. Anyone else finding this? What's your experience with selling larger properties in Rajkot right now?

Oh my god, this is exactly what I've been thinking! We're looking at a 3BHK right now, but my biggest fear is ki future mein agar humein bhi downsize karna pada, toh will it sell? Kalawad Road pe toh prices high hain, but demand ka kya? Thanks for sharing your experience, it's a real eye-opener.
