The post-possession snag list reality

Since January I've been looking at flats in Greater Noida, especially Ansal Zinnia Garden. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is totally different. Brochure mein sab perfect lagta hai, but actual delivery mein kya hota hai? I'm worried about the snag list post-possession. Kya builders genuinely fix issues like seepage, cracked tiles, ya fittings jo work nahi karte? Or is it a constant fight? Off the record, how much do builders actually care once the money's paid? Any experiences with the builder's response to snagging reports after 6 months to a year? Matlab, after all the EMI, you want a proper home, right?
