Two months ago, I finally got possession of my 3BHK in The Precious Homes. Honestly, after paying around 3.85 Cr, I'm a bit concerned about the actual rental yield. Broker ne toh bade numbers diye the, but real mein after maintenance and all, kitna nikal raha hai? I'm seeing 70-75k for a 3BHK, which feels a bit low for this price point. Also, resale market mein activity kaisi hai? Not planning to sell soon, but just thinking about long-term capital appreciation. Is the secondary market liquid enough for these premium properties? I'm hearing mixed things about prices moving much since completion. Anyone else here invested in Precious Homes? What's your experience with rental income and future appreciation potential? Am I overthinking it?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon. The Precious Homes ready hai, but price tag bohot high hai. Signature Global Proxima is under-construction, fits my budget better. I'm torn between ready-to-move ka peace of mind versus the potential appreciation of an under-construction project. Total cost of ownership bhi important hai. Which one makes more sense for a first-time buyer like me? Any advice?
Is The Precious Homes really family-friendly, ya just premium on paper? Everyone glorifies its location, but nobody talks about actual daily life. My wife wants good schools and a safe community for kids. Noise, air quality – does it matter daily? At ₹3.85 Cr, I expect more than a brochure. Disagree? Tell me why.
