Totally agree with this post! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Umang Winter Hills jaisi projects mein invest karne se darr lagta hai. Itna paisa lagane ke baad agar builder ki quality hi kharab nikli, toh kya fayda? Amenities toh dikhane ke daant hote hain, asli problem toh maintenance ki aati hai baad mein. Mera budget bhi tight hai, toh future expenses ka tension rehta hai.
