The price jump for a 3BHK in Rajkot is making me seriously reconsider upgrading. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Kalawad Road, bought it for ₹45L a few years back. Now, a decent 3BHK in areas like Mota Mava or 150 Feet Ring Road is easily ₹80L-₹1.2Cr. That's a huge difference, not just for the bigger space but for the EMI too. With the airport and AIIMS operational, I thought prices would stabilize, but they just keep climbing. Is this market still sustainable, ya fir correction aayega? I'm looking at projects by Balaji Group or Madhav Group. Should I wait it out or jump in? Already have a home loan, so the premium needs to be justified. What's the community's take on Rajkot's property market timing for an upgrade?
